Photo Corner: Can You Help Date this Picture?

This is a photo of my grandparents from England and I would like to know the year it was taken. There is now information on them other than what was written by my father who was in his late 70s when he labeled them. My father was a Home Child and came from England in 1915 at the age of twelve.
